  • What size am I?

  • What materials are FALORDA underwear made of?

    Most NEIWAI underwear is made from top-quality fabrics such as TENCEL™ Modal, Supima® cotton, and LYCRA® Spandex.

    Click the "Materials & Care" tab on any product page for more information about that piece's specific fabrics.

  • Are the bras wireless?

    Yes, all of our bras are wireless.

  • How do I care for my FALORDA pieces?

    We recommend hand-washing your FALORDA pieces in cold water with a gentle detergent. If you prefer to machine-wash, please set your washer to the delicate cycle and use a mesh laundry bag.

    Please don't put your FALORDA pieces in the dryer. Instead, hang or lay flat to dry in a cool, shady area.

  • What if the size I order doesn’t fit me?

    We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.Note:Due to hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns on briefs. The hygienic liner must be attached on swimsuits for a full refund. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders and Shipping

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    Once your order is ready to ship, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your order number along with tracking information. You can also check your order status by visiting theTrack Your Order page.

    If you're unable to locate your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If it still doesn't turn up, please send us a note to support@falorda.com for more assistance.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation along with tracking information. Orders typically ship within 24 hours.
    If you are located in the United States, your package will arrive within 1 week. For orders shipped to countries outside the U.S., delivery may take 2–3 weeks.

    If your order contains pre-order items, please note that these items will ship once they're received. The anticipated ship date for pre-order items will be indicated on the product page.
    *Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, our fulfillment partners may experience a delay in processing your order. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

  • Can I edit, cancel, or change my address?

    Our fulfillment partners process orders quickly, so orders cannot be edited or cancelled once submitted.

  • How much is shipping?

    Orders of $60 or more from our warehouses worldwide qualify for complimentary standard shipping. For orders below $60, a flat rate of $5 will be applied. If you’d like faster delivery, express shipping is available for $12.99.

     If part of your order ships from our overseas warehouse, please note that tariff fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

    International Orders:

    International shipping options and fees are detailed at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees.

    Once orders arrive in their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Depending on their destination country, orders may also be subject to duties and taxes as assessed by local customs authorities. The payment of duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping notification?

    If you don't see an order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If you're still not able to locate the order confirmation, please reach out to us at support@falorda.com

  • What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

    We understand that carrier delays and errors can happen. Sometimes, a package may be marked as “Delivered” while it's still on the way. In many cases, it arrives within the next few business days.If your order shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please:

    • Wait up to 5 business days from the marked delivery date.
    • Check all entrances, mailrooms, garages, and around your property.
    • Ask neighbors or building staff in case the package was accepted on your behalf.
    • Confirm that your shipping address matches the one on your order confirmation.

    If you still haven’t received your package after 5 business days, please contact us at support@falorda.com for further assistance.

Payment and Store credit

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards as well as additional payment options like Paypal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. A full list of accepted payment methods are detailed at checkout. We do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders on our website.

  • Do you offer Gift Cards?

    Yes, we do! You can purchase an e-Gift card through our website.

    Please note that e-Gift cards are Final Sale and are not eligible for additional promotions or discounts.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 30 days of purchase.

    * Items must be unworn and unaltered, with original tags attached and packaging intact.

    * Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

    * For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on briefs.

    * The hygienic liner must be attached on swimsuits.

    * Holiday gift sets are final sale and non-returnable because they are limited-edition products and contain briefs.

    * Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    * E-Gift cards are non-refundable.

    * We are not able to accept returns and exchanges on international orders.

  • How do I start a return?

    To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our return portal.

    Drop off your package at the carrier specified on the return shipping label. If you are doing an exchange, we'll create a new order once we receive your return.

    Gift Returns: If you received FALORDA as a gift and didn’t end up loving it, you can return your products for store credit. To start a gift return, have the original order number and gifter's email address and go to our return portal. Send us an email if you'd like some recommendations on how to put your store credit to good use.

  • When can I expect my refund?

    Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt, following inspection of the returned item(s) by our warehouse.

  • I would like to start a return on my international order. What should I do?

    We cannot support returns and exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States. However, if you’re unhappy about your purchase, please contact us at support@falorda.com. We'd be happy to help.

International

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! Shipping options and fees are detailed at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees.

    We are unable to accept international returns due to shipping and customs reasons.

    Depending on their destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes as assessed by local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Nearly all of our paper and plastic packaging materials are recyclable.

  • What materials are NEIWAI products made from?

    We source fabrics from around the world with comfort in mind, working with leading partners like TENCEL™, Woolmark, LYCRA® and Supima. Many of our fabrics blend natural and synthetic fibers to enhance breathability, stretch, and durability. We use only OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified fabrics, meaning they have been rigorously tested and cleared for the intentional use of harmful substances like PFAS.
